Default Which Up Pipe??

I know a larger bore pipe slows down the spool up time but thats about it really I was wondering what the pros and cons and recommendations are on say fitting a 2" or a 3" (both de-cat)

hks GT2835 kit comes with its own up pipes but is a smaller diameter which i think is to aid spool up and it has a limited lag so almost the same spool up time as a VF23
