i just got a set of headers from harvey wrapped and what a diffrence although they are ported!!
also my wifes headers were blowing so got some from her off ebay and i just wrapped them today my first attempt i didint think it was that hard and she got inch wrap
need headers held firm either vice like or a helper i started at one end done a couple of turns bout quarter inch lap then stuck on 2 ties to secure then firmy and evenly wrap down bout 4 inch ro so then more ties until all done.
tie about every 20-30mm and i had wet the wrap before wrapping but not soaked once finished and everything tight i stuck out in the sun until dry worked a treat
