Default head gasket sizes

with a 1.6mm gasket i only achived 110psi compression on all 4 cylinders, but then blew engine 1000 miles in due to bore wash. so wud like to up my compression now im fixing it again.

whats bets to go for for better compression.

running manley rods, wiseco pistons, standard headers, hks induction 440cc inj, 3" decat full system, vf22 turbo etc, will have harvey uppipe fitted
