Apexi Downpipe
Guys,
I have an Apex'i downpipe...
its 2.5" at top where it bolts onto the turbo.. and 3" at bottom.
Does this mean I have a non standard mid-section?... i always thought my mid-pipe was standard as my STI Genome which is 2.5" bolted straight on.
My mid-pipe wouldnt be 3" on one end and 2.5" on the other would it?
Car is a 99 Type-R if that helps....
cheers

does a downpipe with 2.5" at the turbo enlarging to 3" at the bottom sound right?!?!...
All I've seen is the opposite!.... 3" to 2.5"
would a 3" down pipe fit on to a 2.5" mid-pipe?..
Turbo is standard VF28.
arghhhh im confused!

it should be 3" to 2.5" which is standard. and it doesnt matter with the mid section cos there is a flange that bolts on, this will allow the pipe to downsize or up size, so 3"-2.5" or 2.5"-3"
