Question mapping

hi all where would i find ecu on a 97 2000 turbo classic want to get it mapped but got told not on standerd ecu when i got the car was told it had better ecu how do i find this out

ecu is located in the passenger footwell under a metal kick plate. pull the carpet up and it will be fairly obvious.

As hudson says it under the kickplate in the passenger footwell area, it may be a standard ecu though but from a different version of scoob.

I would suggest once you take the kick plate off you take a picture and post it up on here.

If possible even undo the metal cover of the ecu if its Subaru ecu, and take pics of it internally. If it's a power fc it will be perfectly obvious and you will not need to open these units.
