EWG question.

EWG question.
Normally the EWG is connected to the Uppipe.
Due to a number of reasons I cannot fit it there.
My idea would be to mount the EWG in the collector of the manifold, just prior to the uppipe.
That way I have more room for the WG, and I can run a dumptube out the front bumper.Noise could be the only issue I see, but I copuld fabricate a muffler for the dumptube.
I am guessing I can put it there, but can anybody say for sure it is possible.
