I have tried the search engine but not successful.

What are the benefits of a 3 port boost solenoid over my standard 2 port on my 2002 Bug STi?

I have the Ecutek license so i can get it mapped at a later date with other mods but just wondered how i will benefit.

Is this something i should be looking at combining with a boost controller?

I 'had' to have one as my 2-port wouldn't hold boost properly!

I general, better boost control, more responsive and much more stable boost
