Default Heatshield question

just had a de-cat down pipe fitted on my bug-eye WRX and the turbo heatshield does not fit back on. is this a problem or is it nothing to be concerned about? thanks.

Cut it down a bit, then re-fit it

yeah think i might have to as the clutch fluid resevoir is gona get v.hot

I would personally use a Heat blanket over the turbo. Just my 2p's worth
