Default How to remove a snapped bolt!

Being a tad heavy handed I managed to snap the bolt that sits along the top if the inner wing, one of the 4 bolts the hold the wing in place!

How do you remove these without making a pigsear of it? All help would be great.

Thanks
Ricey

If you can't grab any of it with a pair of Mole grips, you will have to drill it out really, and re-tap the hole.

Assuming it's an M6 and you can't grab it, drill it centre with a 5mm bit then retap it. The tap should push out the remaining bits left in the original thread.

Or just cheat! If it's purely cosmetic and your wing isn't going to fall off, then just glue the head back on it
