Default Fitting a cat

Help! I've just purchased a 98 2000 turbo and the exhaust is too loud for me. I didn't realise the car had a 3inch exhaust with no silencers or cat and then a 4inch tail pipe. It looks cool but it's only a matter of time before the fuzz decide to pull me and check it.

Would a prodrive sports cat off a Forester fit? and how much would i get frome selling the current decat on??

Why not try a quieter back box before fitting a cat. My Milltek decat isn't loud.

I want a cat so the car is more legal. I don't like the police havin a reason to ticket me. Besides it makes mot time easier.
