Question Break disc moving(help)

I heard a noise coming from my breaks yesterday so when i went home i jacked it up and you could move the wheel and disc 2gether, so i tok off the wheel and could move the disc a good bit. i pumped the breaks and it holded it steady but when i went to drive off again the noise came back.I jacked it up again and could still move the wheel and disc 2gether...

any 1 no what 2 do

Thanks David

either the wheel is loose or the wheel bearings gone if you can move the wheel about. the disc will move if the wheel is removed as its the wheel bolts that secure it tight.
