perrin boost solenoid, clicking noise

Default perrin boost solenoid, clicking noise

has any one experinced this noise on this item and if so why i only just noticed it

any one any idea it not an engine issue becuse the noise does not get faster with the revs and when you let off there is no noise, its coming form where the boost selenoid is

i have the same noise would like to know what it is atleast you know its opening and colsing (controling the boost)

well i was just speaking to ringo at triton and he has told me he has sorted this out on his i will let you know, im not happy about the noise thou if it is the case with these it will be going staright back to TLS Motor sports and ill get another type i think

def let me know i cleaned mine out not to long ago i can only hear mine with the bonnet open

is this at low rpm ,its just the solonoid asking for air too early jolly told me,he just tweaked the solonoid so its comes in a little later by then engine noise is louder .

yeah it is at about 2 and a half to three half i must get this sorted out the thing is it has not done it for the first three weeks then all of a sudden i can hear it and my car is well loud to

i have had this sorted by putting it on a rubber bracket so it take the vibartion out , job done
