51 wrx water noise
hi
picked up my wrx 51 reg bug eye last night.
started it this moring and i can hear water sloshing about in what i think is the heater matrix. say tick over blip the rev to 2000 and it makes the noise. hasnt use water in the 150 miles i covered last night oils ok too is this just the way they are, or do i have a air lock??
thanks chris

this is a common fault with having the coolant system higher than the rad air gets trapped causing sloshing sound in heater matrix there is a guide to bleeding the system on here i have the same thing with mine done 2500 miles never lost water or overheated just something ive got used to turn the radio up if it annoys you.

I only had access to the national circuit so cut out the bit at the bottom. I think Snetterton is more fun though and would probably work just as well. Maybe you just have to go clockwise quickly to get it to work??
