Default throttle body vacume pipe

Does any body know where the vacume pipe goes to, that comes of throttle body on a 1995 classic wrx , the pic below is not of my car, but have circled in the pipe in red , as on my car it has been blocked of , cheers

It goes to one of the vertical hard pipes about 4" away mate

It goes to a metal pipe under the inlet, then to the carbon canister behinde the drivers headlight.

cheers for that b13bat and mit ,
I just need to replace the vacume hose then, do you think it would of effected the running of the car with this hose broken , cheers

Yeah i would think so, don't know to what degree but its obviously there for a reason

Very little difference i'd have thought, you'd have a very small vacume leak, but i wouldn't have thought you'd notice any difference. I've ditched the whole purging system, as have many others, no problems.
