Default Exedy Clutch experience?

I have an 03 WRX with 320bhp and a new Exedy Stage 1 Racing Clutch. (single plate organic I believe) & light weight flywheel.

I knew about the clutch judder but I also get burning clutch smell even when I am not flooring it.

Only done 300 miles on the new clutch so is this common for Exedy????

Ive been running an exedy organic clutch in my type r and i got judder for the first couple of days but then it went away but the smell ?was the flywheel clean and not burnt which they suffer from.I put a skimmed flywheel on mine because the old one was heat marked.

It was a brand new flywheel as well!

Should I go back to Subaru who fitted it, is it just "bedding in" or is it just me getting used to it compared to the standard clutch?

The burning smell is common on new clutch's The standard clutch in my 03 STi ponged for quite a while when I bought the car new. My sons STi did the same.
