Default standard headers

i want to remove the heatshield for mine as there is a vibration from one of them can i take the shield of without removing the headers or will i need to drop them any pointers thanx

If you're extremely lucky!

I removed the heat shelds from mine while they were off the car and hardly any of the bolts came off easily and I ended up cutting most of the sheilding off with a dremel. I can well imagine it being a pain while in situ but you never know your luck.

Im having the same problem with my heatsheild its a nightmare

I took mine off with the headers off, but put them back on with the whilst the headers where on.. its not too hard but use loadsss of wd40 and you should be ok.. and dont use bi-hex sockets as the will just slip off and you will ahve to cut the manifold off. Hope that helps
