Default lets talk heads?

hi all, im in the middle of some big mods on my 95 sti engine (as you will know if you have seen my project rs200 impreza thread) i will soon be at the stage where i need to upgrade my heads/cams etc, i have been told the v3/4 heads are strong as im looking for around 500bhp, what cams would be good for this sort of power? thanks, phil
