Default breather pipes

Hi people i am wanting to vent my breather pipes to atmos and was just double checking how its done
I think block off cam breather and crank breather on turbo intake pipe and block off bit under throttle body on inlet manifold (not sure what its called) then run crank and cam pipes under car is this correct?
was also wondering if this is safe for the engine as i assume less air will be circulating round the cam/crank areas?
any help would be great
