Default Turbo Heat Shield needed?

My new turbo will have the exhaust housing ceramic coated. Just wondered if I need to put the heat shield back on seens its got ceramic on it now.....

Going from a VF35 to a MD321T....so would it even fit back on?

Thanks

Bin it.

Ceramic coating is your heat shield.

Good choice btw - you will enjoy

I put mine back on after cutting it about a bit so it didn't chaff on the oil supply line. Went for the same turbo as you have on the same year car as you have, Simon a.k.a jolly green monster's coming to map it this evening so I'll let you know how it goes!
