Strange noise come from front end? Ideas?

Strange noise come from front end? Ideas?
Just bought my first WRX on a 54 last week.
Strange noise coming from front end. The only way I can describe it is as like a jingling noise, almost like a a bunch of keys jingling??? Stops when I turn right, but if the wheel is cental or i turn left it carries on? Not having any noticable problems withe the ride or handling.
Any ideas?
