hi im going with a friend of mine to look at a type ra at the weekend 1996 p reg and i was just wondering how many different versions of th ra they did in the classic shape. This one is white has no dccd or roof vent has the intercooler waterspray, does this sound right for an ra as i though all ra's came with the dccd im more than likely very wrong as i dont knwo much about ra's

any help would be much appreciated cheers jamie

 

It sounds like a wrx ra not a full fat sti ra.

Only the STI version came with DCCD and the roof vent. If its a Genuine WRX then it should have black mirrors and door handles,no skirts of bumper spats, wind up windows( unless retro fitted of factory option) no central locking, Ariel on A post and not on N/S rear wing. The gearbox is also a give away, if you own an RA then you should be able to tell the difference in box's.
