Will fitting an sti topmount to an 03wrx planning on a 280bhp remap with supporting mods be worthwhile or is it a waste at this level

I've been wondering the same thing and have the same car as you, but was hoping for near 300-330bhp soon fingers crossed. From what I can find it might help the turbo spool up very slightly sooner but other that that ???? I would have thought bigger intercooler = cooler turbo which surely cant be a bad thing!

 

OP: IMO a waste of money. Replace the Y-pipe to a silicone one so it does not crack when you map it over ~1.2 bar.
1uke, still not worthwhile IMO. What turbo are you getting?

 

been looking at TD05 16G/18G but dont want to spend alot, so taking my time trying to find a bargain!
