The car has an intercooler water spray triggered by the ecu, someone has connected the plumbing incorrectly. Your rear washer jet is connected to the IC tank, and if you look, may be your IC spray works when you operate the "washers"....

HTH

P.S. Mine are up near the passenger side bulkhead near the front strut.

P.P.S. I'm using my IC tank to supply my front washers, 'cos I needed some room in the engine bay for a catch can !

Fixed this problem on mine last week. If you follow the black pipe from the rear wash wipe there is a one way valve which is connected to a clear pipe. The spring inside mine had disintegrated so I cunningly prised it apart and replaced the spring with one from a biro.
