Default Handbrake Sticking

I believe my handbrake is sticking, can feel it when moving off/ slowly free rolling. Need some advice on how to adjust please

Adjust at the hubs first.

Remove rubber bung on Rear of drums and adjust the nothched adjuster wheel upwards until it tightens, then back it off a few nothes to ensure that the shoes are not binding.

Once you've done that at both sides you can then carry out the adjustment at the handbrake lever.
