Default Heads up US spec 08 09 engine failure reportings.

Don't know if this is known yet, so giving you peeps a heads up.Check out www.legacygt.com under Legacy forums then technical forums and warranty issues & problems & search for 09 Spec B engine failure.Maybe won't affect UK cars i don't know.3 so far have had the same problems, loss of power, a knocking sound and one backfired.Subaru replaced two with long blocks.Just a warning if you decide to go and buy one. This happened to the Spec B Legacy, Scoobies too don't know about the OBXT's, FXT's and LGT's.

Was reported to have happened to the STI, maybe they still produce the legacy STI. Here we haven't got that so i was thinking it must be the new Scooby 3 door hatch or the scoob right before they changed to the hatchback.
