Default opening bonnet...

i've just got this car and can pop the bonnet from the inside but cannot figure out how to then lift the bonnet, i've tried feeling for a catch under the front lip of the bonnet. where is the catch?

thanks

As above, slide your hand in the gap between grill and popped bonnet. When it gets to the middle above the badge you should be able to feel the catch.

On some classics like my MY00 the catch or lever is located on the chassis and you put your hand underneath and push on that. Some classics have the lever recessed and so you have to feel for it a bit harder (that came out all wrong )
