I CURRENTLY HAVE A 99 TURBO WHICH IS MY SECOND CLASSIC, AND I KEEP GETTING BOLD TYRES ON THE REAR ON THE OUTER EDGE IS THIS NORMAL OR AM I JUST TO HEAVY OUT THE CORNERS CUS SOMETIMES WHEN I'M IN THE MOOD I LIKE A PLAY AS YOU DO AND SHE DOES STEP OUT ON FULL THROTTLE ALSO WHEN I GOT THE CAR THE TYRES SQUEELED WHEN I WENT ROUND ALL ROUNDABOUTS, SO PUT PERELLI'S ON AND THAT CURED THE PROBLEM BUT STILL GETTING BOLD EDGES
DOES ANYONE SUFFER WITH THIS PROBLEM ?
THIS HAPPENED ON MY FIRST 96 UK TURBO ASWELL

Wheel alignment would be your first step mate, No matter what tyres are on the vehicle they shouldn't squeel going round roundabouts sensibly, it sounds as if the tyre isn't in full contact with the road surface, try alignment first. PS I have a set of 17 sti rims with very good RE070 tyres that would fit and drive a treat on yr classic.

Could be too low tyre pressures?
Do you hoon round roundabouts alot? Is the N/S/F outer edge more worn than the others? If so, then it's YOU and your driving lol!.
Otherwise it could be that you're running not enough negative - or even into positive! - camber...
