Default Major Overhaul

My 94WRX has been sat outside for sometime. I'm going to get it taxed and Mot'd for the summer but i'd like to fit a new Cam Belt and Check Valve clearances before it goes back on the road.
It's fairly difficult to get hold of information as to valve clearances, whether its shim-under-bucket or how they are adjusted, and i'd like to follow an actual procedure for changing the cam belt and read it through before i start.
I know there's a lot of "scanned" manuals online but if there's people out there who have done this a bit of advice would be nice. Thanks.

Daft as it sounds, But have you try'd speaking to the mech in your local dealer sometimes works.

MY94 WRX would have Hydraulic Lifters - they can be stripped down to clean out the build up of tarnish/residue etc inside them.
Plenty of manuals on this site when the search feature is working - so not a bad job to do with the right info/torque settings.
