Default TD04 to TD05 Swap Help

Hi,

Ive aquired a TD05 16g for my bugeye, is this a stright swap?
anything i need to watch for?
Any new pipes required (Extensions)
Any advice accepted as it looks like the td04 has a few extra pipes.

Hi pal I did this myself on a bug.
The job is easy enough, little tricky.
I would do your de car up pipe and downpipe while your at it.
I found the oil retun feed hose (metal one which has mini gasket inside)was too short on the td05 so I just swapped this with the td04 one.
I also found the actuator end was a bit bigger than the one on the td04.
I would recomment buying some vacuum pipe from ebay getting 4".

Cheers mate put my mind at ease a bit , ive seen a pipe and im sure its coming off the td04 but cant see that same one on the td05.

he he,! if anyone fancies a challenge fitting an uppipe td05 and intercooler to a bugeye and live near Derby let me know..
