hi there could any of you tell me where i can get a set of the above from and as to how much they are thanks in advance for any information

What version impreza have you got, as classic rods have a nut and stud to retain the cap whereas version 7 STi onwards have a bolt type.
RCMS or Mark @ Lateral would be worth a call for price and availability.

advanced auto on ebay cathy will sort u out 30 quid ish
