HI PEOPLE THANX FOR LOOKING THIS UP AND TRYNA HELP ME,

I HAVE A V3 WRX RUNNING 0.5 BAR STANDARD WITH AFEW MODS,

TODAY I WER KIKING **** OUTA IT, I PARKED UP AT SOME LIGHTS AND A E46 M3 LINES UP NEXT TO ME REVING THE ENGINE, WHEN LIGHTS WENT GREEN I HAD HIM IN 1ST GEAR BUT THE ******* SMOKED ME AFTER THAT ;-(, SO I WAS UPSET, SO ME START LEATHERING MY CAR HEAVILY AND ITS START GOING DAFT, ITS START KIKING 1.1 BAR ALL OV A SUDDEN, I WAS SHOKED,

CAN ANY1 HELP ME, HOW COME MY CAR BOOSTED UP TO 1.1 BAR ALL OV A SUDDEN,

Please turn off the caps cheers.

0.5bar isn't standard this is actuator pressure so you've been running a lot less boost than you should be.
It may be worth checking the boost solenoid as this is what ups the boost.

sowi mate about the caplocks, a mate of mine said somethins about seeing this car in a garage geting tuned by the actuator, it should be runing 0.8 bar standard shouldnt it. what is a boost solenoid.

Boost solenoid is on the drivers side suspension turret this may need to be cleaned out

This for the 3 port and i think you have a 2 port but i would have thought it will be the same method.

You can manually check the actuator if it's too loose and check for splits in any of the vacuum hoses near the turbo.
