Fog lamp covers for a classic, how to put on?

Fog lamp covers for a classic, how to put on?
Received my fog lamp covers from scooby world yesterday, they dont appear to have any holes or fixing points, and they came with no brackets....just 4 screws....
Whats the best way to put them on?
