I am having a timing belt kit fitted in a couple of weeks,is it advisable to replace the water pump at the same time? If yes where can i get a good deal on a pump?

If you're having no coolant temp issues whatsoever, then prob not required (car's only 4/5 years old, after all).
If you want to do it (for peace of mind) then GGR do new remanufactured ones for only £36.95 inc.VAT!:-
Subaru Parts at Graham Goode Racing
I bought one and fitted it (along with an uprated 71deg Zero Sports stat) - and my higher-then-normal temps came right down (although my old pump seemed perfecrtly fine - it was the slow-opening original stat that was the problem).
ADVICE: They come with an inadequate paper(!)
flange gasket which isn't suitable - get a metal one from the likes of Zen
. Oh, and for only a few quid more, you may as well fit a new stat as well - as it bolts on the front of the pump anyway!

When the belt's off etc. it's easy to get to - so if you really wanted to do it. then the cambelt change IS the time to do it.
It cost me £228.28 of Zen's labour (at a typical labour rate of c.£53/hour) to fit the pump - includes extra coolant, metal gasket and sundries. So you'd need to add the cambelt price (plus idlers/tensioners/their extra labour) to that price (if not doing it yourself, obviously).
