Default PAS Pump 99 Sport

Anyone have one going? Think mine is on the way out. Have replaced the old fluid to try and stop the hideous squeaking noise being given off by the car when turning when the car is cold. Even replaced the squeaking is no better and the steering is very very heavy! Looks like the PAS pump is on the way out. Car is a 99 Classic 2litre any thoughts on what to do? And any idea where to get one from?

Thanks

have you bled it after refilling bud.could be the ;lower o-ring leaking and sucking in air, jack the front of the car up both sides and start up,turn lock to lock a few times, switch off and repeat procedure three times, tighten belt up a little more as they stretch over time, did your abs/battery light come on when this happens on cold start.

Have done the above but will give it another go. And no lights are coming on that Ive seen. Although I seem not to have an indicator for low fuel so me thinks some bulbs may not work lol
