Preparing a type ra for hill climb?
I want to compete in amateur hill climb, I was wondering which class I would qualify for?
How should I modify it to be competitive and within regulation?
Budget is 7,500 this year but would prefer to keep below that...

Dependson many things, not least what hill climb in what championship.
Once you establish that then you can procure a copy of the rules and regs and go from there.
Don't get suckered into big power upgrades, 400 of each should be plenty with a bit of weight saving

I am doing this now. I have stripped & caged my car and carried out various modifications.
Best thing to do is join a local Motor Club that has an involvment in Hillclimbs/Sprints and they will tell you all you need to knOw.
There are many threads on here that are very usefull.
