Default Noisy Heater??

Are the heaters in a bugeye extreme noisy or is it just me? Mine seems to make a lot of noise behind the glovebox and there doesn't seem to be as much coming through the vents as i would expect

If the noise sounds like water running through a pipe you may have an air lock somewhere! I've got it in mine (02 WRX), and notice it with the stereo off- especially from cold or when revving it from Idle. If it is this you need to remove the rad cap and run the car up to temp- you should get air bubbles and then the level will drop- top it up and problem solved! There are quite a few posts about the issue on hear- just not got round to sorting mine!

Its not a water noise its just very noisey rushing air as though maybe a blockage or something. Was wondering if there is a pollen filter behind there and if they get blocked?
