Whats this?? and how does it work??
1)
its connected to the defi controller, but dsnt switch on.. it says something like speed, trip, 0-60, and pulse..
on top is written ULTRA SPEED METER..

another thing here: its under the dash near the fusebox.... looks aftermarket to me, the way its tightened and held together

It removes the speed limiter but can be used to monitor other things in your case your 0-60,top speed and trip computer.
I think pulse refers to the speedo signal.
Think it has 4 wires coming from it (Rev,speed,ignition,ground)
