whats the difference between the lh and rh cams?

the cam are both the same in terms of profile. there is one inlet and exhaust cam per head.

they are marked, ex and in and r and l.

r3ex for example is right head, exhaust

l3ex - left head inlet.

there are different cam profiles tho, for wrx, sti etc
