Pivot ACS-X

Does anyone have any info on these? i know its a air/fuel controller but thats it, i`ve got one in my car and have no idea how it should be set up etc

i had a similar device fitted to my car (Pivot ACS-Pro) and i was told to remove it.
I would think you need to take it to a rolling road to get it set up properly
