wet power fc ?

im looking for a power fc for my uk wagon and ive found one on ebynd it has got some water inside do you think this would be repairable or is it throw away and start again ?

no its not lol thats why i asked , i had a though a wet board can be sorted wet chip's are nackered so i ansered it myself .
