Question Which MD series turbo's had a IHI VF22 housing?

I think the MD195 did but was there a smaller one than this?

There was also another one which was an MD304 with the larger P20 exhaust housing. 304 has a P18 as far as i can remember.

I have an old 304 on my wagon, not had it on the rollers but mapped to 1.5 bar makes it quite lively

I have the original / prototype one (was originally built for Slooby by Lateral) on my 99 UK Turbo, the other week it made 334bhp at 1.3bar peak tailing to 1.15 bar at the top end.
Just had it tweaked so its 1.5bar peak and 1.3 at the top end so we will see in a couple of weeks what that makes
