Only have the crank checked, polished and balanced. DO NOT have it reground.

Never regrind the crank, either replace with one of the uprated JDM Grooved/Nitrated jobbies or get another new one (or a good second hand one).

Thumbs up Thanks

Have found a place in Mochdre and dropped it off to-day. The bloke there seemed to know what he was talking about and was checking the dimensions of the crank when I left. Told me he would let me know if it was salvageable or not.

Thanks for the replies all and will deffo only have it polished!!
