I have a 2003 wrx ppp i just have a ninja 2 back box if i was to add

Impreza Turbo 2001-2005 New Age : Subaru Impreza Afterburner Stainless Steel Centre Section

would it make alot of diffrence to noise etc

It will do, but not much, if you do the down pipe and centre section to get rid of the cats, will be more free flowing
