hi all

i have a my00 u turbo witch since i have owned has had a dump valve. i now have a fmic with a dump valve what i want to now are the standard dump valves which recurculate all the same on this year model? ie my uk turbo and a sti? which is the better? i want to fit one as it has never been very smooth changing gear?

 

They are all the same for the same year.

 

thanx will this get rid of the sudden jerk when i change gear?
