PPP on STi 08 ECU fault,

PPP on STi 08 ECU fault,
My first post this,
I have been running an STi 08 for 10 months now, I had one of the first in the UK. I recently upgraded to the PPP, 330 Bhp and 347 ftLB
Unfortunateley I am on my Second Exhaust, and about to be on my third ECU
There is a glitch in the ECU that causes a missfire in sports sharp at about 3000 Rpm under light load. This makes the dashboard light up like a christmas tree, although the car is still driveable, abeilt in safe mode.
I have asked my local dealer not to give me back my car until Subaru and Prodrive have fixed this issue.
What I find strange is that the same fault has happened on two different ECU's (the car ran fine on the standard ECU).
The question is, has anyone running a 330s or PPP had this problem on this or any other model of STi.
