Question head gaset

hi can any 1 help me i need new head gaset on my 95 wrx turbo inport. any 1 no if i will need head skimed ? how much im looking at 2 get done and what tipe of gaset 2 youst eg standerd or up grade 2 ???? thanks

price 2 get head gaset don not 4 skimin head

usually u skim the heads if they engine has overheated which can cause distortion. most people skim for peace of mind. whiel your heads are off, it makes more sense to fit mew uprated gaskets such as cometic.

not sure on prices, contact zen, api, lateral etc, they will have all prices.

It's wise to have both head gaskets replaced as they have done the same mileage - block and head faces can be checked for straightness/warp once the heads are off to see if skimming/re-facing is ness.
Fit the Sti Version 3 ~ 4 MLS "thick" head gaskets as an upgrade to your original Compsite type head gaskets.
