07 STI Type UK. Milltek sportcat and 3" system, Andy Forest remap. Car is quoted as 360bhp which IMHO is a tad optimistic. Anyone done similar?

If it's a 2.5, there is likely to be a rather more interesting 400+ lb.ft of torque as well !

imho

BEZ has a 2.5 WRX with some mods and the torque is over-whelming the traction with ease.

Its the fact the car is advertised as 360bhp that I'm concerned about. If that is an honest figure then I'm happy, I'm sure with that amount of bhp and 400lb ft I'd be laughing. 360 from a decat and remap only seems a big jump.Happy New Year, by the way.

To give a perspective my 2.0 WRX (2002) with the same mods (plus fuel pump, decat up-pipe and 2port boost solenoid) went from 212BHP to 275.1BHP

Thats a big jump of 63 BHP. Being simplistic,if the car I looked at has a similar gain, it would hit 341. Taking into account its a different car, 360 may not be too far off the truth.I'm not hung up on the figure, just intrigued. Cheers Bob
