D3 ecu?

i have just been given a box full of spares and there is an ecu which has D3 code,
anyone know what model/year this ecu comes in?
done a search but to no avail,

Could always speak to Scott T at PolarPerformance.

I'm guessing it's a 3 plug ecu as i know most of the pre 97 ecu codes.
