Default Difference between Sports CAT (not a which is best question!)

I've been researching the different types of CAT's out there for my 04 STi and wanted to check some details with you guys.

The cats I've looked at, are the scoobyworld ninja and the TSL Thundercat. Both of these have a longer pipe after the cat so I guess these replace both the cats. The Prodrive cat seems to be shorter so I guessing this only replaces the first cat?

Can anyone confirm any of the above.

Cheers, Rich.

the Prodrive version retains the 2-piece style of the O.E. and has a short straight thro' section after the CAT..........

the others will probs be 'one-piece'

Thanks for replying, Alyn. You're right about the Prodrive one.

I've been doing some more reading and found that all of the cats I looked at need the 2nd decat pipe! That adds £50 - £110 to the cost of fitting a sports cat.

Time to wait and see if Santa drops me a few quid on the 25th!
