my heads are making a noise like there running with no oil in them, is their a way i can test if theirs oil geting to the cams and around the head if their isnt what could be the cause/solution fo this? cheers

What oil are you using?
Noise it tappets?

 

that shell helix, 15/40 i think lol, ie the noiseis like realy noisy tapets, like the cams ar being ryly noisy, it dosent get any quieter when it warms up either.
